The room was fine and we like the fact that it is an outside room with a parking space because it is easier to unload our van.

There is too much noise from the train and other vehicles passing by. Four flies are in our bedrooms. The laundry area and ice maker need some updates.

The faucet for tub goes clock wise from hot to cold. Very confusing. Dalhart needs to do something about cars making way more noise than necessary.
