Not sure what to say! The price was great! Staff was friendly but didn’t get our room cleaned the whole time we were there and staff didn’t seem excited about getting what you need. Room was clean but felt it could have been cleaner. Shampoo and soap would have been nice to have without asking. In the past the pool area was always kept up nice & clean. That was lacking as well. The grounds were not kept up like they used to as well. The pool is what brought us back but unless that hotel has some major changes we have no plans to return. Not sure but it appeared maybe there were some live ins. Hotel definitely needs a renovation. It’s pretty ghetto right now. Which was disappointing cuz we always enjoyed staying here.

The room was nice but not very clean. We had to clean the desk chair by the way it was stained who knows what was done on it. All the tabletops and nightstands were filthy and had water marks from glasses from the prior visitors. Soap and shampoo pumps ran out, and we were only there for two days. We have stayed there before it has been much better but this time not so good.

Someone upstairs sounding like he was moving furniture. Up at 3 am too. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

My stay at Surestay was overall very good. The outdoor pool was very nice. Their outdoor hot tub jets don't work, so it just bubbles but it was still a very nice amenity. The only negative thing was that I had to "dispose" of a couple bugs in the bathroom, but it wasn't unclean, I think they just need to spray around the rooms. Also I had a poolside room, which I thought meant I could go right out to the pool from my sliding door and patio, but you cannot because there is a fence around the patio you cannot open. You have to go to through other doors in the hotel to get to the pool. These poolside rooms cost more, but I didn't see the reason for the uptick in cost....
