The location was great but not up to best western standards the beds are out dated toilets not bolted down dirty coffee filter in coffee machine busted shower head doors dont open properly .the exits door you can go out but can go in

The breakfast was sparse, or not restocked.

The only plus was it was close to my event.

Breakfast bar was nice but could use yogurt, bagles, and assorted fruit (not just apples).. This is my 2nd time stay and it was very nice. Thank you very much. JMF WV

The pool was closed down and the hot tub is no large used. When we went to the room the toilet was very wobbly and the ac unit made loud noise when running

The pool looked inviting but i didn't bring a suit. The guy at the desk was very nice & helpful. My AC wasn't working and he came right down, it needed a reset button pushed. Then my TV wouldn't turn on, he was right there, it was just batteries needed in the remote. It was clean and a nice stay. My only issue was the breakfast wasn't much, but I guess for the price - you can go out for eggs, bacon, or sausage. I will definitely stay there again!

The property has degraded in condition, maintenance, and cleanliness. I'm not sure if there was an ownership change but it was substandard. The person at reception took an unreasonable long time with my driver's licence which also made me uneasy.

Need more item on the breakfast menu.

The property is old. It’s in desperate need of updating. The beds creaked and you can feel every spring in them. Our shampoo bottles had seals on them… but they were broken. So who knows what could have been put in it from previous guests. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Not a lot of options. Staff was great though, very friendly and nice. Check in was quick. The pool floor needs updating bad- we ended up with cuts on our feet from sharp broken tiles and concrete. And I will say, I ended up with a suspicious rash on my thigh… it had a couple bite marks…. I’m hoping it was a rogue spider bite when I was sleeping. Overall, our stay was meh. It was just for one night as we drove home. I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night.
