Comfortable beds. Nice place.

This was our first experience at this hotel. We were very pleased! The room was clean and comfortable. The workers were always busy, but very helpful. The free breakfast had longer hours and offered a variety of tasty food options. The main course varied each of the three days which was nice as we ended up staying five days. The Wildwood bar and restaurant was a great find as it was close and offered food and drink specials. Our daughter was in St. Mary's Hospital (which was a stressful situation) but this hotel helped ease our tensions.

The room was clean and spacious the heater work the TV worked. Breakfast was really good and the people that worked there were very friendly.

We were not thrilled with most off the staff, they did not seem like they wanted to be there and one front desk lady was flat out rude. However, the cleaning staff were very nice and smiles all around! My husband needed to work and the Wi Fi was not working. Went down in person three times to get new passwords and in the end none worked. the hallways were extremely hot and the air in our room was set at 68 and it never cooled down. Out of three swim areas only one was open with water and working, thankfully this was the water slide, which is why we chose this hotel for our son. Our room was clean, but needs updating. Breakfast was 'ok'. The bar restaurant that is not owned by the hotel and located directly behind was excellent! The staff there are amazing and the food was stellar!

Poor like I said. The personal at the hotel was great.
