Very friendly staff.

Always love staying here for rockfest.

First time to stay at this hotel and will most definitely book again traveling through this area,. It’s location is great, easy access off the interstate, restaurants and shopping easily accessible what a traveler needs after a long drive.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable.

Property was well priced. Clean spacious rooms. Great location for the Marshfield clinic/Hospital.

The room smelled strongly of MILDEW and it never went away even after opening windows and spraying smells. The sheets were used and dirty upon arrival, had to request fresh linens the following morning … so my first night was not positive. There are spider webs over the AC units and dust…as though the room had not been used in a while. But the staff was wonderful and the property was clean.

Staff was not helpful, room was not clean. Booked a room with a walk in shower no tub. The water from the shower got the entire bathroom floor soaking wet causing a falling hazard, the sink faucet was falling off the wall. Breakfast was terrible, the scrambled eggs were laying in water and tasted bad, bacon was luke warm and greasy, hot water for tea was luke warm not even vlose to being hot. Overall it wss not edible. Advised the staff that the bathroom bodywash was empty, their reply was I know. They did indicate that they would let housekeeping know but I doubt they did. The bottles are a nice size and shouldn't have gotten that low to begin with. Very out dated facility. Would not recommend this hotel at all, I would not even give this hotel a single star!
