The staff are very helpful and kind. The facility is clean and welcoming. The breakfast is great. We book here every year for the same trip and we will continue to do so.

All staff were professional and courteous; room was clean and breakfast was well presented and tasty.

Only one night but it was pleasant.would stay again.

Overall the property and staff were adequate. The property was clean and well maintained. However, there was just a very small thin blanket. I should have called down for more blankets, but felt it was strange to have such a small blanket. I just tuned up the heat. I also had a very hard time using the shower, it was not intuitive. I still give this property a 4 out of 5 stars, but keep these things in mind when staying there!

The beds were hard and the mattresses had stains on them. The pool was under construction, which we were not aware of, and came early to swim and was unable too.

The AC unit in our room was very loud and woke me up several times during the night going off and on. The grounds were fair. The building is under renovation. The free breakfast was sparse because they did not refill empty trays of food very fast. No room service.

Breakfast was great and having a heated pool was a plus especially when you have kiddos. However our room looked like it hadn’t been dusted and wiped down in idk how long. There was an huge opened chip bag underneath one of the beds. I also don’t think the floors had been vacuumed and haven’t in some time. Staff were really friendly but I just did not feel comfortable in the room/bathroom. The bathroom fan/lights did not have a cover over it so I could see up into the ceiling and could see tons of cobwebs and dust and felt like a bug at anytime would come falling out of it, it basically looked like 2 circle flat lights dangling from a black hole right above your head. The fan/light would also rattle so insanely loud while on, not waking up during a nap or in the middle of the night while someone used the restroom was basically impossible. I can see they are trying to renovate the place and give it more of a modern look which I’m sure anyone can appreciate.

Quiet and clean. Nice room and good breakfast.
