Great customer service and cleans rooms
We had an issue with our first room and the clerk, without question, changed our rooms and made it right! Cleans rooms and outstanding customer service. We will be making SureStay our first choice from now on. We were traveling with two dogs and they made the process quick and easy.

The shower head blew off , there was maintenance available so were moved to another room. That shower was not working well either
