Very clean! After a long way driving from Colorado my husband and I wanted a good night of sleep to continue driving in the morning to East Texas but the guests next door were too loud. A lot of loud music as well from the same room.

Stayed for 2 nights and had to get 3 different key cards because they would stop working after one use. The wifi would disconnect every few minutes and then have to reconnect. I had to tighten the toilet seat down because it was about to fall off. The refrigerator was barely colder than the room with the AC running. I expected a much better experience for 195.00 a night. I do not recommend staying at a best western at all.

Our room was clean. Judy was very helpful and even helped us with other ideas for our trip. The pool was not able to be accessed right before we checked in. They offered to give a refund, but we declined. When we returned from dinner, the pool was fixed!
