The lobby disgusting smell bad all the time turn off the A.C.. and when left to the hotel a old lady waiting the left and was uncomfortable... 0/ 10 this hotel terrible and the taken money for 2 times for my debit card. And for always payed double ..if you go to new braunfels 0 recommend to stay here

The staff is excellent, and the rooms would be quiet, except for the locals driving and playing their music in traffic. It didn't quiet down on Easter weekend til 1 AM - not the hotel's fault, but insist on a room on the back of the hotel, the noise from the intersection out front is awful.

The iron didnt work properly until I moved it to a different outlet but it still did not steam.
Overall it was very clean and spacious .
Most importantly...they made accomodations on the first floor for my 90 yr old mother with health issues.
