The room had a very strong odor of musk. The furniture and windows were dusty and full of smudges. The shower had hair in the tub.

Had to stay in Carthage for an extra night so decided to stay at Best western to give it a try. We got to the room really late and at 8 months pregnant all I wanted was to take a shower and sleep. I had to leave my stuff in the car, so I hop in the shower just to find my self wet and there was no shampoo no body wash no conditioner. Nothing. Had to come out to the room to call front desk and their phone didn’t even work. I called them from my personal phone and had to wait soaking wet until they brought bar soap and shampoo to the room. The breakfast was plain

The hotel was clean the check was great, but the cleaning services knocked on my door multiple times at 8 am when check out is at 11. Normally this is not a problem but I worked until 2 am. This hotel tries to clean way to early to get people out of the hotel before check out.
