The room was okay but the breakfast was exceptionally good. The attendant was attentive, ensuring everything was stocked and clean.

For a non-smoking toom, it sure does smell smoke. It lingers in the pillows and bedfings. The bed is soggy. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor. I did not get my much needed sleep. The hotel welcomes pets, which I appreciate. But I suggest the facility should designate the first floor just for our fur babies. I think the hotel needs some upgrading. I feel it’s not up-to-par.

I’ll stay here again!!

The shower had mold around the caulking. The bottom of the shower was very slippery and did not have a rubber mat for safety. There were lots of areas in the room that showed remodeling but it was not very well done. Molding did not match or fit properly, etc. The staff was excellent. Extremely friendly and always very helpful.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. This last one was okay… the fan wouldn’t stay on and the fridge wasn’t really cold but those things are tolerable. The thing I had a problem with was there is ONLY ambient light around the mirror and I couldn’t see anything while doing my hair or makeup. No overhead lighting nearby to help either. I literally moved the lamps around to help but it didn’t do much. This is the first time this has happened so clearly not all rooms are created equal. If you are a makeup wearer, request a room with better lighting.

Professional and friendly staff at the Best Western Plus in Renton, WA. Breakfast buffet had several good options. Our room was refurbished but still showed signs of wear and tear. Views were of the back parking lot. The Mizu restaurant in front of the hotel was excellent.
