Very helpful and compassionate employee!
Doreen, who was working at the desk the night I checked in with a very sick husband, was so helpful in getting me checked in and to my room. She was efficient, helpful and compassionate in helping me in a very difficult situation. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. Doreen is an excellent example of what an employee should be. She's a five star!
Pricey but Super Clean!
Suite was spacious and extremely clean. Free parking would have made the stay better!
Great Stay
We had a great receptionist, super cute and a smiler😊asked if we needed anything to make us more comfortable, room clean and breakfast was good. We’ve stayed several times y’all are our To in our girl club and I refer you any chance I get.
Decent Stay
The bathroom liquids(soap, shampoo and lotion) were either empty or not usable.

I stay with Home2 Suites everytime my husband and I come to Birmingham. This time we got a room that had a hard bed totally uncomfortable the pillows were flat and not worth laying anyone's head up on. We were a little disappointed this time. I told the lady when we were leaving about our experience with the bed and her response was well next time tell us if we you that room you don't want that one....Really? I may shop around instead how about that?
