After driving 9.5 hours and arriving at 4:30 PM, we were told our room was not ready. There were at least 10 other families waiting for their rooms also and we were told it was a housekeeping problem and they didn’t know how long it would be. We had a 6 year old and 3 year old so we left at 5:30, after waiting an hour and an half after check in, and got 2 rooms in another hotel. My reservation was cancelled and they told me to get my $ back from Expedia.
