Everything good except I have not received my payment receipt. I told the front desk to send it to my email they said yes, but i haven't received it. So i don't know are they going to charge my Valley parking fee or not but i saw my bill charged is high than expected . I parked my car in valley parking only 2 nights. Just want to clarify the charge. Thanks

The room had an order, the sheets smelled like smoke. Valet took long to bring vehicle. I asked for a emailed receipt 3 times never got it. Only to get charged way more than expected, with no receipt to verify chargers. 10/10 do not recommend!

The resort wasn't much of a resort, it was more like a hotel. I am not sure if this is its off-season time, but for reference, I came in late May and it was 85 degrees and sunny during my stay. The hotel wasn't terrible, but wasn't great. Just meh. The hotel wasn't dirty, but also wasn't very clean. My room wasn't very clean though, with stains, splatter and hair around the room. The reason this place isn't a resort, is because it was just a hotel with a simple pool, and a sad little bar up top. The restaurant in the lobby wasn't great either, very expensive food and not very good. You're better off going to the college town-like restaurants and clubs around it for food. I did not rent the bikes, so I can't comment on that, but they also offer chairs and towels for their beach spot, which honestly anyone could just walk up and use. But that doesn't stop them from charging a resort fee (one of the highest in the area), and they claim you benefit by getting a 2-hour bike rental and 2-hour beach chair use, (though you have to pay extra for an umbrella). You're supposed to get two signature drinks, per day, but when I tried to redeem that, I was offered bottled bud light, or corona or their wine. What a joke. The "resort fee" is just an extra profit charge really. I probably would not stay there again, I'd rather just spend a little more money and go to the Ritz down the street, where they have actual chefs and amenities to offer, rather than a beachfront motel 6.

Would never go back - manager at the front desk was very rude and spoke to us very unfriendly. We are done with this hotel.

Resort is located across from the beach. Close to Las Olas Blvd where all the shops and restaurants are by a short drive. Walking distance upwards for more restaurant options. Starbucks conveniently downstairs. Rooms are very spacious with lots of storage. Sean at Valet is awesome - super nice, welcoming, and attentive.
