We had a birthday celebration with my 11 year old and four other children including a visit to the Science Museum. The Royal Sonesta is at an absolutely perfect location for such an event, has a large pool and the rooms were decent with really nice views. 10 minute walk to TD Gardens, half hour walk to the North End. I would stay there again.

Immediately when we arrived we noticed that everyone had great smiles and loved their jobs. Larry at the entrance was a funny guy and Kaely at the front desk gave us the best client centric service. Kaely went above and beyond my expectations with her amazing service checking us in. It was great chatting with Larry and he was a great asset to making you feel welcome to Boston (Cambridge)! Both Kaely and Larry made us feel at home! We loved the Royal Sonesta Boston, the hotel was super clean and the bed was so comfortable we slept super well and the 9th floor view of The Charles River and Boston Skyline was to die for. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Our room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very professional, friendly and polite! warm, friendly and professional at its perfection.
