The front desk staff and the night crew are amazing. I didn’t know what to expect because I never stayed here before. I will be back based on how the staff treated their guests. I love the size of the rooms.
Great hotel with awesome harbor views!
The hotel is preparing for a refresh, but in no way does that diminish the overall experience. Upon arrival Front Office Manager, Shane Petty, quickly made us feel valued as guests. Excellent customer service skills allowed us to feel pleased. We booked two harbor view rooms with amazing views. We will return to visit and will recommends The Royal Sonesta to family and friends.
Very Nice Stay
Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful! I would definitely go back. Proximity to Camden Yards and other downtown attractions is great! The drive in courtyard is a nice feature for unloading/loading cars. I used valet service due to my logistics but it appeared to me that self parking wasn’t difficult.
Beautiful hotel and location!
We had a great stay at this hotel the location is perfect to enjoy the waterfront and an Orioles game. The surrounding area was beautiful and there were lots of friendly people! Thank you to Melody for setting us up and we had a great time!

Room was freezing with no heat. Then boiling with too much heat. NO INTERNET!!! Ice Machine on floor was broken. Front desk was rude and unhelpful

We went to the Christmas Town Villiage which was literally across the street from this hotel. It was easy access and the walking distance was very easy. The hotel staff was nice and pleasant and welcoming.
