Helpful front desk employees
When we checked in (early)the Rooms Manager, Jon was personable and kind. He listened to our stories and shared his. He provided Joe with distilled water for his C Pap and gave us coupons for an appetizer at the rooftop bar which we used and enjoyed! The next day when we returned to the hotel we asked Jessica for information on wildflower sightseeing and she gave us three choices and we followed them all! The flowers were beautiful and easy to get to. We slept well, loved the shower and the free parking and would highly recommend the property! Thank you.

It is well situated for our visits to Austin. However, the staff did not inform us of any of the benefits that were supposed to come with our room.
The restaurant was a wonderful surprise - great staff, views, and food!
