Surprisingly Pleasant
Sir I originally booked the room with a 3rd party and was told I could schedule a park and fly with the front desk This was a blatant lying on the third party And on top of that I was fleeced into accepting a no refund policy from the third party Fortunately the front desk technician aloud us to recover the loss by rescheduling our 2nd booking so we could utilize the additional room at the end of our trip I will never use a 3rd party again as this company practiced in deception.

Beautiful two room suite. Very pleasant staff. Wonderful free Lattes. Super comfy beds. My new favorite hotel.
Extremely Accommodating
In a tough situation with all the cancellations they were able to accommodate our child and make sure they were safe. Can not be more grateful.

I booked the hotel for its shuttle service from O'hare. However, when I came out of O'hare in the freezing temperature in Chicago at 11:20 pm, I did not see any shuttle bus from the hotel. I called the hotel and was told the shuttle services ended at 11:15 pm. If they clearly stated it in their website, I would not book it at all. I will not book it again. In addition, the card machine was broken so that the clerk could not make a room card for the guests at my check-in. What a ill-managed place! It's not up to any standards as they claimed on the website. Stay away from it.
