Very nice love the signature scent
Hotel was nice, rooms clean and comfortable.
Wonderful room and staff
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly! Thank you.
I appreciate Sonesta!
My four night stay at Sonesta was really great. The hotel more than met my expectations and I thought the Bar and restaurant were very nice with reasonable proces and good food and drink. Above all, all the employees that I met were friendly and wanting to make my stay as good as it could be. Thanks to all of the staff. Tim Detwiler.
Great Stay
Very nice property and well kept, we will love to come back to stay again.

The room was very clean! Our toilet was not flushing at first but when we let the staff know they fixed the issue right away! I recommend this hotel if you wanna stay downtown!

This was a last minute trip/booking. This hotel is amazing!
Pros:
Pool, bar, location, clean.
Cons:
Walls are PAPER THIN! You will hear unwanted sounds.
Tiny bathtub and sink space in bathroom.
Tiny pool.
Breakfast is extra.
Some of the staff came out rather rude and robotic.
AC system is weird.
Overall; would still stay again if given a good rate. They had great essentials in the room such as iron and board, fridge.

Our stay wasn’t great. The room had a funny smell, made worse by the air unit being on (and it was too hot to NOT have it on). There was no ice machine on our floor and there were issues with one of the elevators. We also found empty alcohol containers in our room from the previous guests.

Overall it was a great stay. Valet to check in took a long time and seemed a little unorganized. Bar closed pretty early. Lots of restaurants nearby. Good location for concerts downtown.
