Strange wifi deal

Great place to stay!

The lobby is great with lots of areas for sitting, including near an electric fireplace. Also, on the first floor there is a fitness room with treadmills x 2, bicycles x 2, etc, a small pool, a restaurant. Favorite parts about the hotel: Large room, bathroom with large counter space, refrigerator mini and microwave in room on a large counter, LOCATION. The hotel location is great for the Bay Area in that there’s a free Emeryville shuttle called Emery-Go-Round which stops right outside hotel and takes you to BART station. It’s also great location because it’s surrounded by no less than 5 shopping centers, new and upscale right across the street. Movie theater, restaurants, groceries (Trader Joes), take out ( eg Togos and Chipotle, Burger King), etc. Would stay here again if in this area. The lobby staff varies from friendly and helpful to so-so. Great hotel experience all said.

The staff is top notch but the hotel needs a facelift. Our first room had the bed in a separate room that had no vent for the heat. It also lacked lighting. We moved to another room with such a small TV it was very difficult to watch from the bed.

Everything is just okay!, but breakfast is not included in the room booking

Rooms outdated and smelled bad. Close to shopping and freeways.

We have stayed here twice. Beds are comfortable, room is very clean and spacious. Our view of the Bay Bridge and SF was awesome!
