As usual the hotel is well kept and a pleasure to stay at. We travel to Albuquerque at least once every three months. The Sonesta is become our favorite place to stay. Do much in fact that instead of an overnight stay we plan for at least 2 nights so that we can relax and make our stays into mini-cations. The staff is always friendly and cordial, rooms clean and overall provides for a pretty much stress free trip.

Checked in to a DIRTY BATHROOM with hair in the sink and bathtub and a dirty toilet. One of the beds was not changed from the previous guest, the closet door was broken off and hanging sideways in the walkway, and the front door would hardly close. I called the front desk and they sent a maid to finish cleaning. They said they would come deal with the closet door but never did. I didn't expect this to be a top of the line place but I did expect to have a clean bed and bathroom. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The rooms were a great layout. The A/C was not turned on when we checked in so the room was a little warm but cooled off by the time we went to bed. Could have been cleaner but overall great value for the cost.
