Nicest rooms I've seen in a hotel
Rooms like small apartments clean friendly staff very satisfied with my stay.
Spacious good price
Nice stay overall.
Amazing customer service!
Stayed one night here when came from El Paso for a concert. We got a two bedroom. It was very charming. Our thermostat box decided not to work and it was chilly in the room, the manager and her crew went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. Offered to get us a new room and since we loved the location of the room we were in, we stayed. They found us a space heater, gave us a fire log and were all around amazing. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here this summer when we come for another concert. Thank you again!

Clean, spacious room and a comfortable stay. If I have another business trip in Albuquerque, I will stay here again.

This was a total catfish. The room was soo dusty, shower was dirty, toilet paper was leftover from whoever stayed in the room before us. Bed was blown out and sagged, I had 4 nights booked and left after the first night. MOTEL 6 IS CLEANER

The room was a little shabby but clean. The beds were comfortable. The towels were good except for the washcloths which were very thin. We appreciated the utensils, dishes, and the pots. The staff was accommodating . Breakfast was very good. Best hotel scrambled eggs I have ever eaten.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay here. While the rooms were clean and the stay was generally pleasant, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff. I found the level of hospitality to be unacceptable; there was no welcome, greeting, or any effort made to make guests feel invited. Specifically, this morning, the staff member on duty remained seated on her phone. When I said hello, she looked at me as if I were pestering her. I believe it is important for customer service representatives to understand that their main purpose is to provide friendly and professional service to guests. I hope you find this feedback constructive as you look to improve the guest experience. Best regards
