Decent and very practical hotel

Terrible dirty room smelled like urine filthy carpets most likely from all the dogs there. If you have a pet and you travel with them stay here. This is a dog hotel.

Room/studio partial clean. Hallways reeked of the smell of dog and urine. Had 2 studios one the air conditioning was broken it would not turn off and the temp was set to 65 we were freezing. Hotel had no extra blankets. Good thing it’s conveniently located near an Ollies to purchase blankets at the end of July. Traveled with family for a family event. My eight year old granddaughter (ASD) with special needs was stimming and there was a noise complaint that was handled with complete ignorance. Staff demeanor was as if I paid them to come to work there. When asking for manager or corporate contact information not one staff member had it. Carpet stained badly, dogs left in rooms barking every time you walk by the door you can hear them scratching on the door (as to get out) or protecting their territory.

It was well maintained but needs some updating or deep clean. I would stay here again. It was quiet and well priced.

Dear Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport Management, I am writing to formally report serious concerns regarding the condition of my room upon arrival on July 3rd at approximately 10:47 PM. I was assigned to Building A, Room 203. From the moment I entered the building, there was a strong odor of dog urine and mildew, as if the carpet had been wet for some time. Upon reaching the second floor, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. These initial impressions were extremely concerning. When I entered Room 203, the odor of dog urine was even stronger. After turning on the lights and inspecting the room, I discovered multiple issues that made the room unsafe and unsuitable for occupancy: • Dried blood spots and burn marks on the carpet • Visible mold in the bathroom shower • Significant stains on the pull‑out sofa bed • Overall unsanitary conditions throughout the space I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with Renata, who informed me that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. When I requested towels to at least cover the floor, I was told no. This response was extremely disappointing given the severity of the concerns. Due to the condition of the room, I was forced to leave the property to purchase air mattresses for my family, as neither the bed nor the sofa were usable.

We stayed there for a couple days and when we came home found roaches in our things. No breakfast one morning because no workers
