Food was fine, staff good

I’m honestly pretty appalled. This is the second time I’ve booked a room here for an employee coming into town for training, and the experience this time was completely unacceptable. When he checked in, the first room had a window that wouldn’t close, which let bugs in, and the couch was so filthy it couldn’t even be used. After going to the front desk, he was moved not once but twice, and even the third room was still in rough condition. The shower had visible black buildup on the shower head and was stained to the point where he didn’t feel comfortable using it at all. At that point, it’s not just an inconvenience, it’s a cleanliness and health concern. I’m grateful they at least moved him, but it’s concerning that multiple rooms were in that condition. I can’t justify putting another employee here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting even basic standards. When I book hotels for employees, that’s a direct reflection of me. This is unacceptable and how this hotel has decent ratings is beyond me. I will never book here again.

Every thing was wonderful except our room placement. It was over the breakfast room and you could hear everyone tha was down there way too early. Other than that NO complaints.

Location was great and property was nice and updated. Breakfast was lacking and the person in charge of the food was more interested in being on their phone than making sure the food was stocked and we along with others had to keep asking for items that were out and then wait for more to be cooked. They did not prepare ahead or have someone checking for "replenishing"

Very nice and clean

It was the perfect location for what I needed. The staff was pleasant, guests were quiet and the room was spacious. I didn’t sample the breakfast as I was either out early or slept in.

If you want a sleepless night, ask for room 345. The AC is louder than the TV and is located in the bedroom, it was awful. I have recordings and audio
