Rooms are large and functional but otherwise unremarkable. Staff was attentive to several simple requests.

Only issue was that the kitchen didn't have anything to bake on. So if youre planning on cooking if you got a room with a kitchen. Take your own cooking stuff. But other than that we love staying there!!

Pool not open at all. Largely the reason why we stayed here with our kids.

The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Pool was out of order the whole time. Staff was. Friendly and accommodating.

Pool closed water green, 1st room assigned wasn’t cleaned, they reuse door key cards peeling, front office lady was nice but that’s about it.

Its was nice but had a urine odor. This is a pet friendly hotel so I believe the rug wasn't cleaned properly.

Unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations and caused significant discomfort for my family. First, the television channels in our room were not working properly, which was disappointing. In addition, there was a strong and persistent smell of marijuana throughout the hotel, including in the carpets, and we noticed multiple guests smoking in the premises. This created an unpleasant and inappropriate environment, especially as we were traveling with a young child. There were also several maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom door was very noisy, and the air conditioning unit was excessively loud, making it difficult for us to rest. Furthermore, I am particularly concerned about a safety issue that occurred during our stay. A staff member was washing the common areas with chemicals but did not provide any warning or signage. As a result, my toddler came into contact with the wet area—he touched the water and stepped on it—which ended up damaging his shoes. This situation could have been avoided with proper communication and safety precautions. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and not what we expected at all.
