Horrible! From the moment I drove up and seen the employee outside on the phone arguing with someone to being told of I wasn’t clean towels I had to bring my dirty ones to the front desk to exchange for new ones, I knew it was going to be horrible, I had already paid and couldn’t get a refund. Not cleaned good, I didn’t realize people LIVE here, and workers hangout front. Never again!

The Manager Jeremy & if he wasn’t the Manager he needs to be…he was EXCELLENT, wonderful greeting & a wonderful stay. The place is very clean, the halls smelled nice. Maintenance came in 15 minutes to fix 1 of the televisions in the bedroom. I would stay there again.

When I got here there was nobody at the front door and I called the front desk still nobody and had no bell or anything to call.

No locked doors. Zero handicap doors worked. Shanty gazebo erected by the parking lot. Elevator was aged, everywhere smelled like bad food or was doused with too much air freshener, everything needed a paint job. The 10 star reviews are fake. Nobody in their right mind would give this over 5 if they were raised with running water and electricity.
