I am requesting a review of my stay due to the unacceptable condition of my room and the lack of resolution provided by hotel staff. During my stay in Room 341 Sonesta ES Suites Baltimore BWI Airport , the toilet was stopped up and unusable. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, I was offered a plunger and expected to address the issue myself rather than having maintenance resolve it. I was also informed that no other rooms were available, so I was unable to be moved to another room. As a result, I had to use my sister’s bathroom in her room throughout my stay, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. At checkout, I went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was unavailable but would be in later and would contact me. Unfortunately, I never received a phone call or any follow-up regarding my concerns. Given the circumstances, I do not feel that I received the accommodations and service that I paid for. I respectfully request a refund or appropriate compensation for this unsatisfactory experience. No bath towels. Had to use a wash cloth to dry off

We stayed for 1 night before a flight. I got out of the shower. No towels. I had to dry off with a wash cloth. Called the front desk. They said they would bring some up. After 2 hours my husband walked down and got some at the front desk so he would have some for his shower. The girl that checked us in was short and rude. Love Sonesta suites but don’t think we ll be staying at the BWI one again. Lots of other options

The room was very nice, I liked the space and room setup. Only issue, there were a lot of tiny ants throughout the room. However I would stay here again.

Dated, mostly clean hotel. Could use refresher and maintenance. Terrible staff

My only issue with this hotel is that they never have extra wash clothes or towels everything else was great

The size of the room

A week before our trip we were sent an offer for late check out which we planned for. We came back to our room to shower before going to the airport after being at lacrosse games all day. Our things were thrown into garbage bags and handed to us. Not one person thought to call me and clarify when we were supposed to check out before handling our things without our knowing.
