Terrible! Hotel is nice, but the advertising for this hotel is wrong! We had a huge issue with the shuttle, getting to the airport we had to use an Uber. Coming back they told us no shuttle and again used uber. The rooms are very nice, but not for travelers.

This was a 5 star stay at a 1 star property. This would be a generous 2 star but for the staff. The staff was great and so was breakfast. The property is falling apart. The doors dont close, the keys barely worked the fire alarm was beeping alerts in multiple buildings both nights of our stay. There is no evening food that is close they are horribly inconvenient to get to. Door dash was barely functional. The door to the room was destroyed it had clearly been kicked in and pry barred open at least 100 times. It took myself and my mother to lift and push to get it to latch even then we baracaded the door because it seemed a stiff wind would blow it open did not feel safe. The heater blared all night it was horribly hot in thr room no matter what we did. EXCEPT WITH THE BLINDS OPEN we discovered in one of the rooms there was a hole that led directly outside that cold air was blowing through i could see clear thru to the parking lot through the dry wall. Which ment it was either freezing in the room or 85° the pillows were so terrible i can only describe them as cotton candy. It took 5 pillows stacked to even make it aeem that i had a pillow and by then it was really just the pillowcases forming a pillow. The interor of thr pillows while appearing fluffy evaporated the moment we touched them. The crib was a broken sained 20 year old pack and play and the pull out couch was awful. i would return but only with a personal pillow, without the kids because of the staff

We appreciated the convenience of airport shuttle, extended parking and buffet breakfast, all for a very reasonable price. Service was excellent.

Were staying first night after a long trip room service knock door an literally bring us out of the room because they have a contract and have to do some clean issues... very bad organization if ho have to do this type of cleaning you just skip those rooms.

The front desk (Ashley) & reservations staff was friendly and accommodating. The property was well treated for the snow and icey conditions. One side of the closet handle was loose and looked like it was repaired bur should have just been replaced & the toilet ran after flushing.

No early shuttle service to hotel which doesn’t make sense as the airport is international. Checkin staff was not caring or attentive. Room was hard to get to and room are not connected to hotel lobby. Did not feel welcome or comfortable during my short overnight stay.

All was good other than the smell of marijuana as I went to walk in the front door to the lobby and then again in the lower level of the building I stayed in. The room is nice.

The stay was very pleasant, it was amazing that it had 2 rooms. I wished more hotels offered the same set up.
