Service was very good, room was excellent with the exception that the walls seemed very thin, I could hear next door and upstairs and outside, even though there were not any particularly loud things going on. When people passed the windows and were talking my first thought was the windows must be open I could hear them so clearly (the windows don't open). Other than that everything was perfect!

The staff was professional and courteous. The property is in a quiet residential area wirh fast access to food and shopping. Our room was VERY clean. The only problem we had was a door crooked on the hinges that caused it not to close, but maintenence fixed it the very next morning. The free breakfast was great for feeding our vacationing family before we started our day. This stay cemented Sonesta as a preferred brand for my family when we travel.

Nice hotel, Great breakfast

My stay was great. Jen (I believe was her name) at the front desk was so kind. I got sick while on my trip and extended my stay and she was so helpful and showed concern for me. She even remembered later asked me how I was feeling later when i went to get rekeyed.

The hotel was remodeling so much of the hotel was unusable ( there was no lobby) . My favorite part of the hotel was the room. It had a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom, closet & bathroom. One of the best spacious hotel rooms I have stayed in. I was on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator but staff was gracious enough to carry my bags. I had my dog with me & it was perfect for us. They had a breakfast but during the week it ended early (8:30), there was a lot of noise from rooms adjacent to me. Kids running & slamming doors. Noise from construction & garbage trucks. Multiple outdoor garbage cans were overflowing with garbage spilling out on the ground. Staff was also kind enough to bring me ice. I was not happy that i did not get maid service despite requesting it from the maid staff.

My family had a very nice time. Our suite spacious and cozy. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The people staying above us had multiple, larger dogs that ran around most of the night which was very loud. Maybe put them on the first floor so they don’t disturb other guests? There was also a camper parked in the lot that looked like it was there permanently. It was a bit dingy with what looked like a Bull Mastiff that was in there. Wasn’t the best vibe. Aside from those two things, it was a very pleasant stay and I would stay again.
