I had an issue with the faucet in the tub not turning completely off and informed the desk and kept checking a couple of times when they would show up and they finally did around 6 pm and adjusted it. I know they were busy but when I called the desk answer was they should be there soon. At least they finally came.

This place is bad news!! Do not stay here!! We were assigned a room and when we went to unlock door there was a man with his luggage already sitting in the room! They asked if they moved him would we still just stay in that room?! Property old and outdated, they do not clean rooms until after 7 days. Always have to ask for new towels, etc. Our key didn’t work THE ENTIRE STAY!! Had to go have keys redone EVERY SINGLE DAY. This place is a mess, do not spend your money here.

Picked this hotel for suite style room to aid elderly relative while traveling. Staff was very helpful relocating us to a new room when first room's AC unit was out of order. Pull out sofa bed mattress was unusable so slept on leather couch. Mattress on king size bed was extremely old and dysfunctionally soft. Good pillows and soft sheets. Staff gave us plenty of towels upon request. Breakfast is standard hotel fare which was plentiful and refreshed often. Several teen sports teams were there at the same time and the breakfast crew was well prepared. Staff was excellent. Facilities dated. Be sure to request room on non-freeway side of the building, though AC units do a decent job of covering up traffic noise.

They need more staff and a security.

It was an okay stay. The toilet was not cleaned properly when we checked in. There was a pee stain on the toilet near the lid. We needed a bedding change and they just handed is a bag of sheets having to clean our own bed and then had no where to put the old bedding.

Was expecting the room to have maid service. Maybe not new towels but making the beds would’ve been nice

I have to say the check in went a bit rough for no reason. The guy who helped my daughter and I was abrasive and too forceful explaining the deposit to us …I think this guy needs to work on his customer servixe some. Maybe he will show some kindness and respect to 2 ladies who could have stayed anywhere !! Nice quiet stay ..beds were super comfortable and room was nice size. Oh and the shower. The shower was simply amazing. I think j showered 6 times in 2 days. Great stay. We will return soon for sure !!

No elevators. Bad for older travelers who are placed on the second floor and not informed by the front desk. Parking is a frivolous charge for a property with this location and few reservations. Just a petty way to take money from average travelers. This is a very old property. Room was okay but nothing that justify the cost.

Great location to the beach! It was clean and safe and would totally stay here again!

The room itself was falling apart, there was mold on the walls in the bathrooms, the carpet was falling apart and coming up, the curtains were all torn up on the bottom, the trim was coming off the walls, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty, we managed to get one of the 3 tvs to work, the room across from us was partying all night one night which isn’t the hotels fault but seems like that’s the type of place it is, not family friendly at all, the grass outside has dog poop every where, roaches out side, we asked for towels in the morning and they didn’t have any we went back later in the evening and still didn’t have any, the man at the front desk said he didn’t know how to work the industrial washer and the manager was on vacation. There was no towels at the pool so we had to drip dry on the way back to the room and couldn’t shower because the towels were had were dirty after being there for 4 days. I was traveling alone with 5 kids 2 of which are babies and it would have been a huge hassle to try to find another hotel last minute. Definitely not worth the $1,000 I paid. Would definitely recommend these other reviews have to be fake.
