Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

The staff worked to get us into our room before check in since we arrived early. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, our room was not comfortable. The ADA shower contained hair and mold. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable (hard and low to the ground). The kitchen fan cover was missing and an extra switch had been hardwired to turn on the fan. The main bathroom light worked only half the time. The carpeting was stained and the room reeked of "smoke." I would not stay here again and the only reason this place was booked was because it was listed as pet friendly. My deposit was refunded quickly, as expected. There was no one at the front desk at the time we checked out. Another staff member was called in from the pool area to let me know where to leave the key cards. The area was convenient to the interstate and shopping/restaurants.

The staff was friendly & helpful from our arrival to our departure! They were quick to help us find a way to print material we need printed! They were all smiles & polite! The room was beautiful & clean! It was like having our own little apartment! It was very comfortable! It was quiet for our whole trip!

The front desk clerk was great he waited up until our arrival at 1:45 am. The room reeked of cigarettes the whole time we were there (2:00am-8:00am). The bed was very hard. There was no one to talk to at the front desk when I went in to check out. The room and property is very dated. The best way to describe it is “rough around the edges”. It’s in need of a refurbish. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. There is one thing that could make the stay at 20 out of 10 would be having Smart TVs i the rooms. I will definitely be staying here again.

The room had roaches, and unfortunately me and my family only stayed for less than 20 mins. I'm fighting for a refund and it's impossible to get in touch with the staff.
