If the room is not available early, all you have to do is so state. I have never been told to come back at a certain time for the room, arrive and then the front desk employee laugh and say, oops sorry you should have waited here instead of coming back the time I told you to because your room is gone. Very unprofessional. I did plan my day around the time the front desk employee said to return only to be laughed at, then witnessing the employees having snacks and gathering about. No thanks.

The front desk staff was excellent. She was incredibly friendly and efficient. She made the experience. The only thing was that the tub would not drain well at all and the conditioner would shoot out the side.

This was a great stay. It was like having a little apartment. There were tons of parking spots, staff was really friendly and even checked on me after I checked in, the location is close to the highway and all else you need. It was quiet too, which I appreciated.

I chose this property because it has a kitchen. I was traveling for a funeral and had to cook food. The door to the room looked like it had previously been broken into or vandalized. I also didn’t like the fact that a staff member banged on the door at 10AM asking me if I know that checkout is at 11am. I had an 8.5hr drive and was trying to rest as long as possible !

Key door was not work. Come back to the front desk, but it closed, I tried to call that number for emergency but the service kept disconnected several time. I was stuck outside during cold in the midnight. I waited for one hour, and finally the guy opened the door around 1:10 AM. I had get up 6 am for funeral. I disappointed with terrible service
