No spa, staff was bad. Also we had Holes in our blanket

The staff was vey friendly and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and elegant. Breakfast was decent.

My review focuses mainly on what happened after we checked out. An hour into our drive home we realized we left my daughter’s favorite blanket. It was inadvertently wrapped up in the hotels blankets and sheets. I have called over 15 times and the phones aren’t working. I submitted a ticket through the corporate office, no one has responded. I called their sister hotel 1 mile away to contact someone and they said they couldn’t get ahold of anyone and even texted someone who works there to respond. No response. It has been 4 days since we left and we are resolved that the blanket is gone. I was willing to pay to have it shipped back to me. It is more frustrating that you can’t get through on the phones or have anyone call you back, even if the answer was that they couldn’t find the blanket. We stayed at the sister hotel last summer and had a wonderful experience we chose this hotel because of the larger rooms. We will not be returning. If you don't forget anything and want it back, this is a good place to stay. However the front desk was unmanned a majority of the time, and their phones weren’t working, nor can they bothered to return messages.

The room was a little dated but spacious, no room service on a daily basis, but a call to the front desk and things were taking care for. Overall, I would say here again

My stay here was by far one of the worst experiences. My check in time was at 4pm, I had to wait 3 hours for my room to be ready and was able to get in at 7pm. The couch inside the room was dirty with a big rip in it. Everything in the room is very outdated. The toilets didn’t flush very well. No basketball court/hoop like advertised. Not a great stay at all. Front desk staff member did not want to help me. They had 1 front desk person working on a Saturday when they were supposedly fully booked. Poor kids in the swimming pool asking for towels and the person working the front made us wait forever. It was horrible. Never will I stay here again.

Was given a room right next to the elevator and you could hear the mechanics of it in the room. Not only that but if you sat on the couch you could feel it. Called the front desk and was told nothing could be done because they were sold out. Not their fault but still a pain to hear it everytime someone used the elevator.
