The air conditioning fan wouldn't turn off. When we tried using the phone to call for help, the phone was hung up on twice. While we still were checked in, we kept getting people knocking to completely clean our room

The studio was great. Kitchen had all the necessities.The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed staying there. The only thing I had an issue with was when I checked in. Wasn't aware they didn't accept cash. Added charges for parking my car there.

Loved the layout, good for wheelchair bound people. Comfy bed, nice kitchen staff, good area for kids to play outside.
Disliked the 2 burner stove that didn't work, and that the laundry machines were breaking down, taking my money and my soap (which I had to repurchase for 4.00). Too much noise after hours

It was far from downtown, 25 mins drive away from airport and traffic in that area is bad.
