Unpleasant
Outdated and dirty.
Nothing like the pictures.
Very disappointed with our stay. When we checked in, the hostess seemed irritated. If you’re going to be in hospitality/customer service you should be prepared to greet people with a smile. The lobby looks nice but has some pretty banged up furniture. Rooms are also outside, curtains had stains, hallway carpet didn’t looked vacuumed, bathroom was missing towels and it took us several calls to get from the front desk. It took several calls before front desk answered. The pool looked dirty with leaves, gym equipment is old, rusty and broken. I won’t be staying again. Not what it looked like in their website at all. Disappointed.
Great Service
Good customer service. Quick check in. Convinent location.

The lobby was gorgeous, but the room itself was extremely outdated and dirty. The toilet did not work. When attempting to shower in the morning, the water was ice cold. Not at all the stay I was hoping for.

Staff was friendly, rooms were outdated and rundown the wall in the bathroom was warped and the shower head shoot the water up to the ceiling. The worst part is that there was no hot water at all not even warm. I told the lady at the front desk, and she said she would let the engineer know and I figured she probably forgot, and I told her again and she said the same thing. I learned my lesson Check the reviews before I stay at any hotel.

I saw what others said about a dated property, which i can agree. even the phone looks like circa 1995 and the toilet and tub looks not much newer. i mean even old school Marriott is still decent today. that said, the room was a little small but clean, the sheets were really nice, service was first rate. i didn't partake with the restaurant or bar as it's probably overpriced, but the breakfast was well above any economy place. eggs and coffee were good, the breakfast potatoes were excellent. for the price i paid, it was a steal. i mean they sort of try to be a 5 star hotel but the property doesn't hold up to that level, but it does blow away any budget chain and the price at $100 out of pocket was like $15 more than the motel 6 across the street.
