Amazing Customer Service and Cleanliness.
From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more generous, to allowing us an early check in to directing us around the city to the Best Philly Cheese Steak, to a Fantastic deal at Ruth's on site Steak House to directions to the Philly Pretzel Factory. We are already planning our next touring adventure in the city and plan to stay at the Sonesta at 1800 Market St! A "Wonderful" Experiece!

Beds were good and comfortable. Couch had visible sizable stains. Desk top was dirty. Bathroom baseboards dirty. Lock on bathroom door didn’t work.
The main problem was the hotel was very full and half of the elevators didn’t work (2 of 4). Waiting a number of minutes to get to the lobby from the 12th floor resulted in us going up to go down. A couple of elevators stopped to reveal they were full. Was told if we took the stairs, at the bottom when exiting we would set off an alarm. So we went up on an ascending elevator to go down. Location is great.

Everything was really great for the stay. The room was a good size and very clean. Our only challenge was that the elevators were hard to get since the hotel seemed very busy for the weekend.
