Very comfortable and quiet
Very good stay keep up the good work, nice team 💯.
Amazing Customer Service and Cleanliness.
From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more generous, to allowing us an early check in to directing us around the city to the Best Philly Cheese Steak, to a Fantastic deal at Ruth's on site Steak House to directions to the Philly Pretzel Factory. We are already planning our next touring adventure in the city and plan to stay at the Sonesta at 1800 Market St! A "Wonderful" Experiece!

Price and location made this place a great place to stay.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were big, and the location was great for walkable restaurants and museums. The pool was refreshing and also well kept, though towels were slim picking as were lounge chairs. Water pressure was amazing. There's a cheaper parking lot next door, nearly half the price fyi. Rittenhouse square is a quick walk away. Food options would be the main thing that was lacking IN the building but so much around us it didn't matter. All in All, would stay here again. The price and value were well worth it.

You do NOT get what you pay for. The location is okay. The parking is expensive but worth it because you can come and go. The base of our toilet broke. They moved us, but didn’t help or make any effort to make it up to us. The Barrista was nasty and dismissive. On our second day someone woke us up by knocking on the door even tho we had a ‘do not disturb’ tag out. When I said wee were sleeping, he said ‘how are you sleeping when you asked for extra towels?’ (We had not) They gave us one towel each, and those were child-sized, so I get why someone called for more. We booked it for the pool, but it is the size of a bathtub and both the pool and the deck were crammed full of people. I get that things go wrong in hotels. It happens. But HOSPITALITY suggests that they should have tried to make it up to us.
