Good place to stay.
Under Construction Doesn't Stop Good Customer Service.
From the moment I pulled up to the hotel, everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Even with the construction the location and proximity to the beach creates that resort feel. I look forward to returning to the hotel once the renovations are complete so that I can have the full experience. Your staff is amazing and they all deserve a raise. Staying on and maintaining great customer service during construction can be challenging, but they never missed a beat!

HEAVY construction. check in staff did not know what they were doing and admitted so. charged wrong cards. truly poor soundproofing between rooms and hallway. NO common out door areas or lobby due to construction.

Renovated rooms were very nice and very clean however the majority of the resort is under construction. Easily accessible to beach but no other amenities were really available.

Their bars close early. Nice that they have an adult and family pool. Had a beautiful ocean view. Room was very nice. Didnt care for the gated community to get there.

Property was very heavily under construction. Went out to dinner and came back to have a drink at the outside bar and relax. It was closed by 8:00PM on a Saturday. Just not really much to do. Was hoping to stay on property and not leave.

Beautiful rooms, clean, friendly staff. Great location with access to the beach. We didn’t know they were doing renovations which was a bummer, but they did offer free breakfast to make up for it.
