We love our stay in this hotel. I already stayed here previously and we loved it. It’s like a renewal of loving this place all over again. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. We checked in and out easily. Bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean and sanitized properly & there’s enough towel plus some. The lobby smells amazing. It’s eco friendly with the the supplies. The most important of all, there’s a sense of peace knowing that there’s security roaming around the parking lot.

This place is very nice and I like everything about it. The only things that I didn't like was the pool was closed due to repairs and ask for a wakeup call at 7 AM and didn't receive one, other than that I will be returning.

was staying here for the pool as we came for a niners game. Pool was broken. Sent a message asking about it. Got nothing back except a thing saying we could get a room upgrade which also didn’t happen. I should have switched hotels, right when we first got here. Never been to ca. Also they didn’t pick us from the airport. I was given the run around even though they texted me saying call when you get outside. We flew delta and this hotel prefers southwest airline. Asked front desk questions and they were like we don’t know anything around there. We like to travel and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Refrigerator made noise like it was popping popcorn all day and night. the red light for messages on the phone kept coming on everyday and we had no messages. Called front desk each day to have it removed, they again was like I don’t know why it does that I’ll reset it for you. So annoying to wake up to a red flashing light 2a-4a each day. Their restaurant service took forever.

I booked the reservation with a high floor. I waited for 4hrs and gave management a heads-up, I needed a floor and could wait. Was not honored and never made attempt to make up for it, other than a sorry. Beverage credit is a joke and misleading.
