My room didn't seem very well kept up, the tub had this gritty glue like stuff stuck to it which was pretty nasty, the vents were caked with dust, and the breakfast was not on par with what i've had at other sonesta hotels. The front desk staff were friendly and the price wasn't bad. That's about all the good i can say about it. I only stayed for 2 days and for the price it did the job needed, but i doubt i will stay there again.

Decent place to stay for a room, clean, and with no interruptions. Food is a challenge as there is no real restaurant and the ones nearby will not deliver (including Dominos?)

The property was clean and convenient for our purposes, getting to and Braintree subway station. We stayed for three nights. The property operators were friendly enough but for some reason they have a huge population of African immigrants obviously living there and require two full time uniformed security guards that seem to check the perimeter every few minutes. They were very loud and using the hotel like an apartment building. I expect this at roadside inns, not Sonesta select. I guess Uncle Sam likes to sponsor in nice accommodations. I would sure like it if they had picked up my bill, but I guess i would need to leave the country and sneak back in to qualify for that.

Adequate especially for the price. The breakfast included is subpar. Literally no one was eating it. They say it is a no smoking hotel but the entire place reaked of weed. But for the price and location it is a good deal. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was clean.
