A Pleasant, Quiet Place to Stay
Great, quiet location with access into Chicago or it's suburbs via interstate that is but a couple blocks away. The normal variety of amenities are even within walking distance. Guests were using the pool and the exercise room while we were there. Desk staff were each very friendly and helpful.

This hotel more than exceeded my expectations and I have put it on my personal favorites list as I travel 6-9 months of the year. They have a social hour from 5:30-7pm for 3 nights a week where they have drinks with appetizers. Pretty decent breakfast in the mornings. Room was clean that housekeeping kept up daily. No issues during my stay and the staff was friendly and nice!

Had a bad experience with this hotel
Woke up in the morning and went to the bathroom for shower and found out Handle Wall Mount Tub Filler is broken and sit aside I can’t even used the shower and walked out then informed the front desk person at 6:30am about the issue
He just said ok I’ll inform my manager when he comes in
He didn’t even offer me another room so I can take shower
Now it’s been 14hrs since I haven’t heard anything from the hotel staff
