I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The rooms are very small, cramped, and had an unpleasant odor throughout our entire stay. We stayed for 5 nights, and not once was our room cleaned. Our towels were never replaced either. When I sent my son to get fresh towels, the front desk handed him new towels and told him to bring the dirty ones back himself. I’m sorry, but who doesn’t replace towels during a 5-night stay, and then expects the guest to do the housekeeping staff’s job? I even approached a cleaning staff member and asked for fresh towels. She said she didn’t speak English, so I motioned that we needed towels. She nodded as if she understood, but we never received any. Basic housekeeping and towel service should be standard at any hotel. Between the small, smelly rooms and the complete lack of cleaning service, this was not the experience we expected. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Friendly staff. Nice clean room. Location not walkable to Carmel but quiet.

Room was clean but the AC wouldn’t work. Had to call the front desk and they had to call maintenance. staff was helpful but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Stayed 4 nights and the room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast menu was lacking and high priced.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here last weekend for a family reunion/graduation celebration. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, helpful and professional; the hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable (and quiet). [The only drawback was the average quality, over-priced breakfast menu.] We booked our trip early at a very reasonable rate and would stay here again. Cheers!
