We enjoyed our stay. The room could’ve been a little cleaner especially in the couch in the room. No extra bedding was provided for the pull out. We still made it work.

Waiting 20 minutes to check in no One was at the front desk . Sheets was dirty . I was itching so I checked out was not there more than I hour . I would like a refund hi had to spend money on a whole nother room . Will not be booking here ever again

My room was perfect. Everything was great except the elevator odor had an animal scent and needed to be vacuumed. Outside of that I have no complaints. It was very quiet the view from my room was great.

Hotel was very nice. Only issue was there was no front desk available early morning 3am est I don’t know if that was common or not I just use the Dropbox I hope it works.

First off the air conditioner didn’t work in 90 degree weather and then upon complaining to the front desk we were told no room change could be made. A few hours later a BED BUG was crawling on the pillow. We checked out!!! Don’t go to this terrible place to sleep
