Easy to travel to all the sights without being in the hustle and bustle of Newport’s city center.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was perfect being so close to Newport. The price was also quite reasonable for a summer stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. I especially liked that my room had a sliding glass door leading directly to the parking lot, which made bringing my luggage in and out very easy. The only downside was the check-in experience. The front desk associate could use some additional hospitality training. He avoided eye contact and was on his personal phone having a conversation, which made me feel like I was interrupting him just to check in. He also spoke very quietly, so I had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. Later that evening, when I went to the front desk to get a couple of bottles of water, I had a similar experience. On the other hand, the woman working the front desk when I checked out was the complete opposite. She greeted me with a smile, said good morning, and was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The difference in customer service between the two employees was like night and day.

I asked for extra pillows and blankets for my kids and they said they didn’t have any extra to spare. I have never been given that answer no matter how cheap the hotel/motel was. I don’t recommend this place

We had a really bad experience during our stay! No towels in the pool, and they’re not gonna replenish towels if you don’t ask for it. For our room, even though we asked the night before that we want our room to have a complete housekeeping and asked for new towels and bathroom supplies, they DID NOT do it. It was crazy! We asked multiple times and the front desk attendants weren’t helpful too! Jeff told us that it’s going to be done but surprisingly when we were back from our tour, it DID NOT! The guy at night, I think his name is Trey, he was very dismissive! We told him that we were disappointed and we did feel like he wasn’t there to help us. Stay away from this hotel if you don’t want to be stressed out during your vacation. Imagine 3 nights of not having fresh towels, bathroom supplies and all. So disappointing! Before I forget, the trash wasn’t picked up as well… for 3 consecutive days!

Staff was very nice and experience was overall okay. Rooms floors were greasy. Staff was hard to get a hold of for towels and sheets. Bar was odd and breakfast was ok. iPad in room for ordering food was not usable and food sucked.

Rooms seemed barely touched, they didn’t clean them every day/night… two towels for a two. Ight stay in total. Balcony but no chairs or way of sitting out there.

Couldn't stay in the pool or hot tub very long because a group of very young girls made the area of just loud and annoying and I was trying to celebrate my 22nd anniversary with my other half was also told that we were going to get an upgrade because it was our anniversary never did and don't like that breakfast isn't included or was failed to be told that I'd have $100 extra charge when I checked in that would be refunded to me after I checked out

While the staff were polite and helpful. The pool was cold the hot tub had barely any bubbles when turned on. The outside lights over beautiful fire pit more than half the lights did not light up. The room did not have a microwave which is usually standard in a hotel room. The refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment as most hotel fridges do have. The ice maker on first floor not working we had to go to second floor to get ice. There were micowaves at the ice makers on each floor.
