Very inviting staff wonderful service and clean rooms
Front desk staff were all very helpful and kind. Perfect amount of space, accommodations and location to freeway (easy access). Wonderfully comfortable bed also!
Comfortable
Room was clean, comfortable and conveniently located located for my activities.
Quiet and clean.
The rooms are spacious and the price is great. If we back to San Ramon we would stay there again.
Exceptional Stay!
Comfy and luxurious as always. Always super clean and relaxing. The rooms have the best beds and bedding. It always feels like a vacation when I stay.

It was a great room and the hotel is very nice, however the TV did not work. The front desk tried to help, she mentioned that they were in the process of updating the remote controls and some were not working. she offered for us to move to different room, we were very tired from traveling so we stayed in our room.

Staff were all very welcoming. Pool was closed and couldn’t get back in building from pool without going out to parking area and walking around building. No breakfast although website said there was. Figured out you had to get it from an associate the second day as there were no instructions given at check-in how to do it. Ice machines not working.
