Came to the hotel at 10:30 at night only to be told our reservation was canceled. That was not done on our end. Then was told a different story that our rooms were canceled because of a maintenance problem. Absolutely no help in finding us alternate lodging. We were also told that a cancellation notice was sent to us. Again, not true. Never received. Orbitz and this Sonesta owe me an explanation and should make this right with some sort of compensation.

The elevator was unclean. The staff was hard to understand due to different dialect. The room was clean , beds were hard. Bathroom dated with old bathtub and towel rack torn apart with the end pieces still in the wall.
The kitchen was clean and nice. Air conditioner took for ever to cool room.
