My room wasnt cleaned for 2 months despite repeated requests. Staff kept giving excuses about shortage in housekeeping, while others room were receiving housekeeping services. I finally had to change rooms wasting time moving all my stuff.

The Room: bathroom mirror was dirty

Bathroom tub had a black/ dirt ring around it.
Refrigerator door was broken
Bed sheets were thin and full of itchy pills
When checking out, i asked for receipt. Since I booked thru hotels.com, i was told connecting system was down, so I couldn't get receipt. Asked for close approximate of bill total and was given an amount of $155 including taxes and any fees. When i received my email receipt, it was $197! I did get reservation coverage for $10.74, so my bill should have been $155 + $10.74= $165 Not $197.

It's been more than 1.5 months of stay in the same room. And they still aren't ready to get my room cleaned despite multiple requests. Their policy states that guests can get their rooms cleaned every 14 days

Im not sure about pets there was a odor of sewage in the lobby area but over all it wasn't the worst or the best I've stayed at
