Had wonderful rooms for a decent price.

The rooms were very outdated and not well cleaned. Furniture and upholstery were outdated and coming apart. We had no A/C for one night of our stay and there was not another room available for us until the next day.

DO NOT BOOK NOW PAY LATER Before we arrived my card was charged, and an additional hold of 150 for damages and you do have to pay parking per night if you have a vehicle. The attendant had confused us at first saying we had to be charged for the stay once we arrived which caused a panic for being charged twice…… We called expedia thinking there was an issue but once we came back to the front desk defeated and said okay, we realized we were only charged once. We then were assigned THREE rooms each with a guest already inside….. finally on the fourth try the supervisor cleaned it herself and walked us up, and upgraded us to a suite for all the trouble. Pay a little extra for better service/quality/convince, it isn’t worth the hassle.

Tv in the bedroom had no remote, front desk staff was rude when I needed to trade in towels and finding out about a parking fee 2 days prior was annoying. Not sure where else I can park if im paying to stay, no other hotel I've stayed at does that. Otherwise the room was ample and clean, had everything we needed.

Front desk staff were excellent and the location was convenient (next to the airport and 3mins from my meetings). There were some nearby amenities when needed. The room was a good size - I was only here for 1 night, so did not take advantage of the full kitchen. My only issue was I don't think the carpet had been vacuumed in a long time - there were literal balls of fur in every corner and behind the door. I could use my foot to scrape dirt from the carpet. It didn't really bother me, but was noted.

The property leaves a lot to be desired. The room was a good size, but the kitchen lacks necessary tools, the bathroom needs to be property stocked with toiletries, the sofa bed needs a new mattress, and the room just needs a good cleaning and possible remodel. The pictures look a lot better than what the room actually is. The best part of the room was the shuttle that was convenient and would take you to Ohare so you could catch the blue line train to the city.

Excellent shuttle service. However the property could be cleaned more often. Bring your own cleaning supplies for longer stays.

The room was clean. The room was well laid out. I needed to work remotely and it had a beautiful functional desk. The mini kitchen was awesome. The icemaker worked. The fridge was clean when I got there. The front desk staff was a little dicey a couple of them acted like they didn’t wanna be there but other than that property was easy to get to. I would stay there again.
