Would stay again clean rooms and great location
Satisfied
Staff was polite and professional, always willing to help. Knowledgeable of local business and events. Comfortable accommodations, I would recommend Sonesto Suites to anyone.

I had to go down to the front desk and asked for an extra towel. The front desk person was obviously annoyed then informed me after I stood there for 5 minutes that they were all out of towels.
A hotel was out of towels. No.

Perfect for our Morgan Wallen night!

The space was perfect for 2 nights in Ann Arbor. We didn’t use it but it’s nice to have a kitchen and the availability to do laundry.
Nice staff!

No issues. Clean room.

We were in our room only 9 hours total. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, bed was comfortable. People above us were very heavy walkers apparently trying to get their 10,000 steps in loudly. This was not the fault if the hotel. Just an observation.

I have booked twice at different cities and both I cancelled due to horrible sonesta situation .
Finally I was ready to give this company another chance and booked just one night in Ann Arbor and wow, what a nice, clean place. Lots of parking. Felt safe and will book there again for our next dance event. Keep up the good work sonesta Ann Arbor!
Hopefully other sonestas will do the same

The best part of our stay was definitely the location. The hotel is within easy walking distance of a plaza with several good choices for eating, and it’s also conveniently close to downtown.
Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing and very basic. The air conditioner was extremely loud and didn’t work particularly well, the TV was very old, and, most importantly, the bathtub was not properly cleaned. Overall, while we appreciated the convenient location, the condition and comfort of the room did not meet our expectations.
Based on our experience, I don’t think we would choose to stay here again.
