The property was properly clean and in good working order. Only problem is that these are suites. Not all the suites have the amenities like glasses, plates, forks, spoons and etc. I would say make sure they are somewhat uniform but I had a nice time thanks

***Kindest and most outgoing staff!!!*** ***Super clean!!!*** —nevertheless— The hotel as a whole is antiquated and needs renovation. I’m a school teacher; I’m ok with ok when it comes to lodgings. The layout was fine, as was the space. However, the style and wear of the furnishings seemed about 15 years old. The owner obviously chose alteration over renovation when faced with changing building codes while exerting minimal effort to finance, conceal, or homogenize the project. Damages made by former patrons were obviously not mitigated by the fines they incurred. This place would be a dump if it weren’t for the amazing staff and their ability to keep it spotless :)

Staff was great and that was the only good thing! I’m sure a lot of people live here. There was a constant strong smell of weed in the hallways ( and it’s a non smoking hotel). The first room we were given was disgusting and had a strong smell of smoke however they were very accommodating and moved us to a better smelling cleaner room. We will not be back to this place

The room we were given smelt like wet dog, very disgusting. I paid more for the incidentals than the price of the room. 2 big dogs without lease were in the lobby and approaching guests. Terrible terrible place. Couldn’t stay more than 4 hrs in total

Everything was great with our stay, we loved the suite specially that it had all the necessary things for cooking even though we didn’t use them. Staff was friendly

This place, Sonesta Suites in FW, avoid. I had a reservation from 5/15 Friday to 5/18 Monday. That Sunday the front desk accused my guest and I of smoking in my room, without evidence. An unknowledgable housekeeper told the front desk.The front desk person, Hailey, came to the room and said she SMELLED smoke, not that she saw someone smoking or saw smoke coming from my room. Ultimately, the SMELL was in the hallway, NO SMOKE was present in my room or the hallway. No other rooms were checked or vacanted. I asked the front desk and the unpresent general manager to come physically check the room. They refused. No accurate investigation was done by any staff member to resolve what was assumed. I was rudely told by the GM, Rebecca, to "get out" in 20 minutes or the police would be called. She never asked ME, the guest, what was going on, she just took the word of her unknowledgable front desk person that SMELLED smoke from somewhere. I had to find another room and location to accommodate my stay due to this allegation. Total disappointment and unprofessionalism from this property. During my stay, the Property was trashy Outside. Inside, they never vacuumed the hallways. My room did not have any accommodations I requested or paid for, one being, a roll in shower. My room had no utensils or cookware for the kitchen. I was given 2 key cards, but 1 worked. Several times I had to get the cards reset. My guest and I were not able to use the cards simultaneously. Beware.
