Very nice

People were nice.

Manager of hotel was not helpful at all. Very short and not interested in helping. The side door to the hotel was propped open with a wooden 2x4 most of the time we were there at hotel, day and night. Stairwell was very dirty. We saw a prostitute one morning, and a drug deal on another occasion because the bbq area is on the side of the building where we entered. During our three day stay we only used our entry key one time to get in because it was propped open. Having the door propped open made us feel uneasy. Kitchen sink would only drain if the garbage disposal was turned on. When using the dishwasher the water filled the entire sink and almost overflowed. There was no dishwashing soap or detergent when we arrived. We were told that we would need to take out our own trash since rooms were not being cleaning unless you had a long term stay. Tried to use the computer at the front desk and an Sonesta Computer error message came up while I was on the computer. I pleaded with the manage to help me reboot the computer or check to make sure that my email info was no longer on the computer. He emphatically would not help me. He said the computer has never worked, although it did for a short while. The television cable did not work for 2 1/2 days of our 3 day stay. Only 1 coffee cup.

Nice basic property away from hustle & bustle. Directly opposite McDonalds is handy. Shops a short drive away. Staff were very nice, beds were comfortable, fully equipped mini kitchen was great. A good improvement or update would be smart tvs so guests can stream or use the popular sites such as Netflix.

Used for overnight. Great location. Clean.

It's clean and inexpensive. Property is okay. close to business buildings and fast food places. Slightly outdated decor and interior. Room was spacious enough for two people. Kitchenette was great. Bed was fine. The TV was very old and dim. The fridge was pretty old and hummed quite a bit.

Very attentive to all guest.

It was ok. Nothing to see. Appliances were very outdated.
