Nothing about this day was as advertised. Our room had no basic cooking utensils. It had one saucepan. The dishwasher was full of dishes. Some were clean. Were dirty. The dish soap under the sink was completely empty. There was no blow dryer in our room. The toiletries in the shower were body wash and conditioner so I was unable to wash my hair. The hotel was undergoing renovations and at one point they were refinishing the final flooring in the hallway using turpentine right outside our door. We had to stop the guy from working so that we could get into our room. Needless to say, we were breathing turpentine for the on this cake was when the manager threatened to call the police department on me because I was not leaving at noon. When I booked the room I was offered a upgrade for $15 for a late checkout. When I checked in I did what the email said which was to confirm with the front desk. He said that it was in the system and everything was a go for a late checkout. At noon I get a pounding on the door. It's the manager telling me I need to leave. He was very rude. Told me they don't offer a late checkouts told me they're no longer corporate and I said that's not my problem. When I booked the room I was offered this upgrade and I confirmed upon check-in and was told that it was fine. He told me if we weren't out within the hour he would be calling the cops. I know it's a place to save money but don't stay here. I will be attempting to get a refund from hotels.com

Room is not smell fresh.

The hotel was under renovation for all the common areas and halls at all hours. We did not know nor we were informed until we arrived. We had dust in the room and asked for housekeeping to clean up but was told all the staff was off and this was at 4:30 pm.

Construction on entire first floor. My room was full of dust and smelled odd due to old pipe smell coming up the drains.

Coffee maker had molds they didn’t clean, disgusting

This place needs to be bulldozed and rebuilt. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic but that’s where the good review ends. Everything in my room was stained or broken. The ceiling had questionable spatter patterns on it and most of the drawers and doors were broken including the lock to the room. The carpet was heavily stained and absolutely reeked of cat litter and pee so much that my associates clothes and luggage stunk on the whole ride home. How is it that the bathroom was so trashed? All the tiles were broken, there was nail polish spilled forever on the ground, possible burn marks on the counter and drip stains on all the walls.. Not to mention there seemed to be a lot of people who lived there. Moving totes and clothes in and out all hours of the night. Is that why the cops were there? The outside looks so normal, too bad the inside didn’t match. I hope that nice front desk girl finds another place to work soon.
