My biggest issue was I was on the first floor and the maids in the morning from 8 o’clock on we’re talking very loud and cackling. It was impossible for me to sleep past 8 AM.

It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The stench of the property. The garbage in the hallways. The stench of the room when we got there.
It was so horrendous we had to cut our vacation short and checked out days early. I’m throughly appalled.
The price I paid for my stay I expected a much cleaner and pleasant hotel. I would like a partial refund due to the fact we had to leave early because of the absolute disgust we felt from the property.

This property and the cleanliness was horrible!!!!! upon arrival, there was a man fixing his car in the parking lot and another man wandering the parking lot. I went to check in and the room that was given to me looked nothing like the website, there was a blood stain on the floor and when i asked to see other rooms , they also were horrible and smelled like cigarettes, nothing like the pictures on the website!!!!!!!!! the SPANISH woman was very unhelpful and nasty. My experience was completely terrible and this is not ur average hotel. this is a motel for truck drivers and prostitution!!!!!!! do not book here!!!!!!
the black male at reception was very nice and helpful. He made sure i received my money back.
