The room was very clean and the bed was awesome!

It was not clean at all. I put one of my shirts over the pillow and a towel on the bed to sleep on. There was hair on the floor and in the bed. I will not go back. Sad Expedia even ranked this place as high as it did.

At first blush the property was, well, suspect. The reception area was utilitarian at best, simple and unpretentious, low ceilings, small and confining. But when you get to your room you can see where the money went. The room was recently renovated; it was clean and everything worked, I was very pleasantly surprised. The only disappointment, there is no shuttle service to or from the airport, other than that the place gets a hesitant two thumbs up.

Staff was super nice and the room was fairly clean.

The gym was closed, they charged 5.00 per day for parking on the premises, the breakfast which sold me to pick the hotel was not offered. The carpet was fraying, there was a strong "hide the smell" fragrance in the hallways that gave me a headache. When i told the manager there was a domestic dispute and i was scared to stay at the hotel due to the exterior doors not latching and no security, he would not refund my remaining balance of my stay. He said because i purchased my stay through Expedia, there were absolutely no refunds unless i purchased a hotel insurance. I will never stay at a Sonesta Simply Suites again or any other hotel in their brand due to horrible customer service and a lack of compassion for their guests!!!!

The room was good, clean, had everything we needed and it was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is a little outdated but very clean and convenient for our few days in town.
